Take Hwy 5 North out of Jacksonville to Heber Springs (Hwy 5 turns into Hwy 25 then back to Hwy 5) Hwy 5 to Hwy 223 Hwy 223 to Hwy 62.....left on Hwy 62 to Henderson.
From Memphis
Take Hwy 55 North to Hwy 63 North. Follow Hwy 63 to Hardy then left on Hwy 62 West to Henderson.
From Saint Louis
Take Hwy 44 West to Rolla, then Hwy 63 South to West Plains, then right on Hwy 160 to Caufield, left on Hwy 101 to Hwy 62, then left to Henderson.
From Springfield
Take Hwy 60 East to Mansfield, turn right on Hwy 5 South, go to Mountain Home, left on Hwy 62 E to Henderson.
From Kansas City
